Our Organization

They say; “Every Thracian is a bit of an immigrant.” The breaking point in the story of the Saydan family begins with the “immigration” that is engraved in the codes of almost everyone in Thrace. Moreover, their migration took place long after the mass exchange migrations of previous decades.

In accordance with the agreements made between the countries, the family was subjected to forced migration from Skopje to Turkey in 1954. Immigration is difficult; You cannot break away from where you came from like a deeply rooted plane tree, nor can you take root in your new place like a fresh sapling.

For the SAYDAN family, there is only one lifeblood that will enable them to take root in their new homeland, where they are still unfamiliar, and that will keep that fresh sapling alive. He is also working.

Our History

1963

2000

2010

In 1963, Süleyman SAYDAN, the eldest son of the family, was the first person to be employed as a busboy in a restaurant. Later, her sister Hatmi SAYDAN joins the story, which progresses by making efforts at almost every level of the profession. This union of forces will cause the first seeds of "Saidanlar Kanaat", a family business, to be planted.

The tastes distilled from the tradition of artisan restaurants have gained a corporate identity under the name of "Saydanlar Kanaat Restaurant" since 2000. The dynamic view of the next generation of the family, which takes into account the requirements of the time, will bring vision to the business.

While the venue was serving in Cumhuriyet Square, which can be considered the center of Çorlu, until the end of 2010; Upon the conversion of the old place into a shopping center, it was moved to a location close to the bus station of Omurtak Street, which runs through the city center.

2018

It continues to grow and welcome new customers by moving to its new place next to Çorlu Tax Office in 2018...
